As families often need to make decisions about opportunities for their children far in advance of our programs, we understand that sometimes plans change. So that you feel confident paying tuition in advance for our winter programs, the Maryville Science and Robotics Program is offering a 100% refund policy for The Winter Science and Robotics Program until January 20, 2026. However, to maintain small class sizes, we offer limited placements in each class. When you pay tuition for a class in our program, you reserve a placement for your child that no one else can purchase. Therefore, between January 20, 2026, and the onset of spring courses, we can only offer a 50% refund and are unable to offer refunds once the program begins. Extreme cases such as a death in the family or medical emergency will be handled on an individual basis.
